During one holiday season, ran a commercial on FM radio. A man and an actor are talking about something. The last few lines of their exchange goes like:

Other Man: Remember, there are no small parts, only small people
Actor: Careful, they get testy this time of year.

Perhaps the ad was referring to Santa's elves but probably not. I was offended by the tag line. Many short men feel lonely and socially unaccepted. They see friends sharing good times with their families during the holiday season and wonder why they are excluded. Is it any wonder that they are alone and testy? It is not something to joke about.
